CHECK IN/OUT
Check In: 1 PM to no later than 10 PM. No check-ins outside this time period, no exceptions, including those campers who have pre-registered. We do not allow check-ins later than 10PM out of respect for our campers and our quiet hours.
Check Out: 11AM sharp. This is strictly enforced in order to prepare campsites for the next guests.
VEHICLES/CAR PASSES
There is a 2-vehicle maximum for all sites. Your reservation fee comes with one (1) vehicle (a drivable camping unit or the vehicle towing the camping unit). If you wish to bring an additional vehicle, you be charged a $12 fee for a 2nd Car Pass.
** A Class A drivable camping unit that will remain stationary at the campsite for the entirety of your stay will not be considered a “drivable camping unit”. You will be allowed to have a separate vehicle considered as part of your reservation, and you may receive a 2nd car pass. This 2nd car pass must be purchased at the permit office to verify your camping unit, and designated parking areas may be assigned for this additional vehicle.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Eight (8) days or more before arrival date - full refund less non-refundable reservation fee and an $8.75 cancellation fee
Two (2) to seven (7) days before with one-night penalty fee, non-refundable reservation fee and an $8.75 cancellation fee
Less than two (2) days before arrival - no refund
Campers may cancel their reservation online by logging into their Reserve America account or by contacting the Reserve America Call Center during their operating hours.
Refunds will not be issued for weather, site conditions, no-shows, cancellations or early departures on or after the arrival date.
Camping is an outdoor experience, and refunds will not be issued due to the discomforts of nature.
OCCUPANCY AND LENGTH OF STAY
Occupancy of the campsite is required on the first night of the reservation. A campsite unoccupied during this initial period is declared a no show and will be reassigned with all payment forfeited. Please call the campground if you are going to be late arriving for your reservation.
Peak Season (defined as the Thursday before Memorial Day Weekend in May through the Sunday of Labor Day weekend in September of each year)
Off-Peak Season (defined as Labor Day through the Wednesday before Memorial Day – A minimum stay of one (1) night is required for the Off-Peak Season
During Peak Season;- A maximum stay of fourteen (14) nights total is allowed within any twenty-one (21) day period during the Peak Season. Campers along with the camping unit and equipment who stay for fourteen (14) consecutive nights must leave the campground for seven (7) consecutive nights before re-booking. Re-location to another campsite in the campground is prohibited. These limitations allow all visitors camping opportunities in our busy summer months.
During Off-Peak Season - A maximum stay of twenty-one (21) nights within any twenty-eight (28) day period is allowed. *A reservation where the dates fall within both peak and non-peak seasons, the maximum stay allowed will be twenty-one (21) nights within any twenty-eight (28) day period.

PETS
Up to two (cats or dogs) pets per campsite or cabin.
A current Rabies Vaccination Certificate is required for all pets and must be available for inspection by campground staff or law enforcement.
VISITORS
A limit of two (2) visitor vehicle passes may be issued at any one time for each campsite.
RI State Parks has adopted these rules and policies to protect campground areas and
for the enjoyment and safety of all our campers. It is the camper's responsibility to read and follow the campground rules and policies.

Violation of any rule and/or regulation is grounds for revocation of the
camping permit. If a permit is revoked, no refund will be issued. Any person or persons on a voided camping
permit are not allowed to reenter any camping area for the duration of the camping season.
All reservation policies and restrictions apply to Internet customers. Prior to finishing a reservation
transaction, the Internet customer is asked to "agree" to all the terms given and affirm that all campground rules & polices have been reviewed and understood. Refunds are not available for
misunderstanding of terms.
